GROUP HOME CAREGIVERS - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

$400 total sign on bonus

Referral Bonus

Paid Training

145 hours Paid Time off in the first year

$13.50 FT; $13.75 PT

We are currently looking for responsible, energetic Caregivers. Our caregivers will provide compassionate care of the highest quality to developmentally disabled children and adults. Support services will be provided on a one on one basis that will include assisting with the activities of daily living and providing companionship.

All qualified candidates must be genuinely concerned about helping people. VALLEYLIFE employees are held to the highest moral standards of honesty and integrity.

Experience is not required. VALLEYLIFE provides paid training and certification.

Minimum Job Requirements

Be able successfully pass a background check that meets State Licensure requirements.

Have reliable transportation and be able to arrive at assigned jobsite on time. Be able to function in a home setting with minimal direct supervision.

Be able to maintain satisfactory relationships with administrative staff, clients, and family members.

Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Be able to document provided services accurately and efficiently.

Possess basic computer skills.

NOTE: Direct Support Professional positions are safety sensitive occupations, where the employee holding this position has the responsibility for his/her own safety and the safety of other persons. Employees may not work under the influence of alcohol or drugs (prescription or otherwise). An employee has to be with clear mind and diligent while occupying such positions.
