Various Days & Shifts - Hiring Immediately

  • $400 SIGN ON BONUS!!! $50 after 90 days, $150 after 6 months and $200 after 1 year.
  • $200 Referral Bonus!
  • Paid Training
  • $12.40 - 14.00 per hour

Glendale, Central Phoenix, Sun City and 57th St & Thunderbird

VALLEYLIFE is a non-profit organization that provides programs and services to men, women, and children with developmental disabilities.

We are currently looking for a responsible, energetic Caregivers to work in home care, group home and daytime activity center environments. Our caregivers will provide compassionate care of the highest quality to developmentally disabled children and adults. Support services will be provided on a one on one basis that will include assisting with the activities of daily living and providing companionship.

Experience is not required. VALLEYLIFE provides paid training and certification.

Full and part-time positions are currently available at several locations throughout the valley.

Minimum Job Requirements

All qualified candidates must meet the following job requirements:

Be able successfully pass a background check that meets State Licensure requirements.

Have a valid Arizona Driver's License with 39 months of driving history.

Have reliable transportation and be able to arrive at assigned jobsite on time.

Be able to function in a home setting with minimal direct supervision.

Be able to maintain satisfactory relationships with administrative staff, clients, and family members.

Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Be able to document provided services accurately and efficiently.

Possess basic computer skills.


NOTE: Direct Support Professional positions are safety sensitive occupations, where the employee holding this position has the responsibility for his/her own safety and the safety of other persons. Employees may not work under the influence of alcohol or drugs (prescription or otherwise). An employee has to be with clear mind and diligent while occupying such positions.
